I’m in the process of moving. We have bought a new home and now I have to pack up everything.
It’s amazing the amount of stuff you can accumulate. There are 6 people in my family and the mountain of stuff is incredible. You know how much room 6 bikes take up, and 6 chests of drawers, and 6 sets of bedding, etc. ? It’s mind boggling.
I hate moving. In the end it’s worth it but the process of opening every door drawer and cupboard and digging out all of the sh- (ahem) – Stuff heaped up in every space possible is THE WORST. Right now we have to move pretty quick so at least I don’t have to separate things into “Keep”, “Trash”, and “Garage Sale/Giveaway” piles. Thank Goodness for that.
