A Beluga Whale has been filmed playing ‘fetch’ with with an official 2019 Rugby World Cup ball. The crew aboard the ‘Gemini Craft’ took along the rugby ball as good luck and luck it sure brought. While sailing near the Arctic Pole, one man threw the ball to the sea creature who understood the name of the game and retuned the ball to the boat!
The incerdiable experince was caught on video and shared for us all to see how highly intelligent and playful Beluga Whales are. Belugas are highly interactive with their own species, as well as many other species they encounter.
