This is so cool that this guy from Langham is being honoured as an “Inventor”! I remember as a kid always wanting to pull about anything that contained nuts, bolts, wires, and buttons. Just so I could get at all the valuable “electronic” parts. You know, so I could use them to “invent” something.
None of those inventions ever panned out… mainly because they were just heaps of broken household appliances. However, for every invention that works, there are probably a million that don’t.
These days I’ll often think of something really handy that would probably light the retail world on fire! I would be the next “As Seen On TV” golden boy. It seems everytime I come up with a good idea, the next week or two later someone else is marketing it already on Kick-Starter or Dragon’s Den. I swear they’re watching me.
But local business owner and “INVENTOR” Dylan Smart has risen above that bar and now he gets the recognition! Way to go!
