Curling is such an easy sport to love. As a spectator sport it’s not hard to figure out what’s going on, it doesn’t take forever, plus you get to make a ton of noise. I think it’s also easy to get into it because it’s something we can all play too! Somewhere deep inside our brains we think, “you know this is a sport I could take up, and who knows, maybe even be really good at.”
With Wintertainment in North Battleford coming up, on February 21st drop in at the the Northland Power Curling Centre to try your hand at curling for just $10, and all the equipment is provided! Wintertainment Week from the 16th to the 22nd is full of fun winter stuff to do!
For now #SilverSquad is primed up and gunning for a spot at the Scotties so let’s cheer loud and proud for our hometown pros!
