Nice total body workout to get you stretching in all of the right places after slumming it on the couch for the past week. Don’t be afraid to go outside just because we are told to stay at home. Just stay in your backyard or if you’re out and about, make sure to go on the other side of the road than another person to be safe and don’t forget to wave hello from afar.
You can also use things around your yard as ‘weights’ to add to your workout if you don’t have at home equipment. See my video below where I use my dog to add resistance to my workout.
