This circuit doesn’t just focus on arms because it gets your abs involved as well. In my video, I show you how to make the first exercise, tricep dips, a little bit harder.
My run was flat and fast making it attainable to reach those times. Please go at your own pace. This is your time to shine while being self-isolated. Build your athletic foundation slow and steady. There is no rush for a beach body since we can’t go to the public beaches. This experience is purely for your self-improvement.
We’re almost done the 14-day Quarantine Workout plan! If you’re like me and building up your foundation slowly, meaning that I only did one or two rounds of each circuit. This gives me the opportunity to repeat the workout plan for the next two weeks because this lock down doesn’t seem to be ending any time soon.
