It’s TIME FOR LUNCH!!! I tell you, the best thing about the Re-Open Sk plan so far has been the opening of dine in restaurants. Beaver Grill Express, above the curling rink at the CUPlex, is open for your enjoyment. I love these $12 lunch specials. You have a full list to choose from Monday to Friday from 11am-2pm. Today I decided to go with the Veggie Glass Noodle with Rice. I am a sucker for glass noodles. Add to that the delicious fresh vegetables stir fried and tossed with those spices and sauces that Beaver Grill uses to bring food to life, and you have a hit! Seriously it’s tastes even more amazing than it looks in the photo. Dine In is open! Take out and delivery are also available. It’s lunch time, and the staff at Beaver Grill can’t wait to see you again.
