The heat feels way more intense in Saskatchewan. It might have something to do with a slight curvature to the topography that connects to the over-head… girder… weather model… I’m trying to sound smart. Is it working?!
The real reason the Heat feels so intense in Saskatchewan is because it doesn’t get hot all that often, so when it does we all sit up and notice. I love a good hot day because that gives me license to go full hill-billy! I bust out my old Reno cowboy hat that I bought at Austin’s Sadlery when I was in grade 9, pull on a sweet tank top to show off my amazing farmer tan, and wear socks with sandals baby.
The heat helps the creativity flow as well. Especially when it comes to beverages. Rhubarb isn’t normally something you think of when it comes to summer drinks but this one is definitely gonna go on the list at my house.
