I love my job! It’s a ton of fun to get up and come to work to kick it with all the best listeners and incredible music.
There is a bit of a trade off though, I miss the morning routine with my family. Today I’m missing it a lot. It’s back to school for a completely different sort of school year and I can’t be there to send the kids off with a hug and a smile. I make do with a cozy bed time the night before with a couple extra bedtime stories and wishes for sweet dreams. They were so excited last night that all of them had a hard time falling asleep.
I have to say a special thanks to my incredible wife Megan. Every morning she has everyone up and ready for the school day – teeth brushed, faces washed, dressed, breakfast eaten, chores done, and having the backpack and lunch kits ready! I mean wow right!?
