So I am just like everyone else out there. I love anything that is deep fried. You could deep fry a pickled egg and I would eat it. Deep fry anything and it’s good man.
So naturally the world has decided to try and make this process easier, and in some cases, healthier. Home deep-fryers have been a thing for a long time but I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone that has one who ACTUALLY uses it.
It’s too much of a hassle to set it up, fill it with oil, fry, drain, clean and store it. We’re all pretty busy these days, who has the time for this?
Well my friends what if I told you that you don’t have to do that anymore? What if I told you didn’t even need oil? Well I know what I would say to those claims… YEAH RIGHT!!! Enter the Air Fryer.
I don’t have one, I’m not sure I want one. I’m just having a hard time believing if they are all that great. If I use one to make tater tots are they going to taste the same as ones I will get at a restaurant? If I want to air fry some bacon wrapped oreos, are they going to get fully cooked? Or am I just going to be eating raw bacon on a hot oreo?
What’s your take, are these Air-Fryers worth it?
