It was Mom and Dad’s 1983 Pontiac Parisienne. It was fern green, with wire spoke hub caps and trunk space enough to fit a dozen sets of golf clubs! That car was the center piece of many family road-trips featuring never ending back-seat games of Paper-Rock-Scissors, 20 Questions, and of course, the struggle of “sitting on the hump”.
I miss that old car!
