On Friday we sent a special shout out to Lyrik Albert who was competing at the Tony Cote First Nations Summer Games in Archery. Her dad Lance sent me a note as they were headed to the games verrrrrrry early in the morning.
All of our good vibes paid off… and Lyrik took them and PAID IT FORWARD!
In the true spirit of sportsmanship Lryik awarded her gold medal to one of the other competitors who she thought deserved it even more. WOW!! Well done! If you could see me right now, I’m delivering a very dramatic slow clap. Thanks for making us proud!
