Okay, check out this story from BattlefordsNOW.com. There was a bunch of Garbage bins that were vandalized recently. Some to the point beyond repair. The bins were put out on the street the night before, a very common practice since NO ONE wants to miss Garbage Pick Up day. Someone came a long and smashed the hell out of them. Stupid is as Stupid Does.
Well now the home owners have been told that they will now need to pay for new bins if theirs cannot be repaired.
Something in my gut says that’s not right. But if the home-owner doesn’t pay for it who does?
