Week 2 of our trip back in time with baking. This week we are heading back to the 1950’s with Boiled Cookies. These where the first no bake cookies and instead where made on the stove top. You may know these cookies by a different name, in Canada we make these with coconut and call them Haystacks! With out the coconut they are just called Stacks.
