We are back once again with Baking Yesteryear! This week we are trying a cookie from the 1940’s Peanut Butter Styrofoams. That’s right you heard it correctly. These are actually delicious being super airy and melt in your mouth light.
2 egg whites whipped
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter whipped
Pre heat over to 325F
Whisk egg whites till they have peaks. Slowly add in sugar
In a separate bowl whisk peanut butter until light
Fold the 2 mixtures together
Bake for 20-22 minutes
