For Baking Yesteryear this week we are trying yet another cookie from the 1970’s the Monster cookie. these are you basic put whatever you have in the kitchen into the cookie cookie and they are great!
1/2 cup butter
1cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2tsp vanilla
2tsp baking soda
4 1/2 cups oats
3 cups of extras I used mini m&m’s you can add whatever you like nuts caramel feels free.
Pre heat over to 350F
mix the butter, peanut butter, sugars until fluffy
add in eggs 1 at a time until fully mixed
add vanilla and baking soda
mix in the oatmeal
add in your fun ingredients
Bake for 12-15 minutes
