The North Stars.
We know them as Our Own North Stars. I remember as a kid going to see the Stars play at the CC. Me and every other kid in the arena would run like mad every time a puck would go over the glass just to have a chance to own a little piece of the team.
My mind was BLOWN the day a friend of mine got a broken stick passed to him over the glass behind the bench. That thing was almost glowing as it was white-knuckle-clenched in little fists of the world’s biggest fans.
We’ve never doubted how awesome they are.
Now 9 of our Hometown Heroes will get a chance to shine at the SJHL/MJHL Showcase!
