In the world of sports the players have to do everything they can to achieve the collective goal. Some players talents are geared towards passing, some shooting, some reading the play, others are more suited to the physical aspects of the game. All of the different types of players are what make up a great team.
They say there is no “I” in team and that it takes everyone doing their job. That’s true, but there is one person on the team that has the job of bringing all of those talents and personalities together in a way that wins games. The Coach is responsible to make it all work. To find those strengths, to encourage players to have confidence in themselves and their teammates.
The SJHL has decided that our very own heart and soul of the North Stars, Brayden Klimosko has done everything required of a great coach and more.
