When I first saw Cassey Ho demonstrate this routine in an Instagram post, I thought it would be an easy day.
I just woke up and did this one. It was more about focus than anything because it is quite repetitive. But, it does the job without any equipment or sweating.
I can’ wait for tomorrows booty workout! I think I’m going to go for a 3km jog again tomorrow, but I also don’t want to be sore again. It’s okay to do a run/walk warm up as well, but is important to do a warm-up. Don’t forget to stretch for at least 20 seconds per pose. It’s just like washing you hands!
