For months we have been without new movies at the theatre. Recently our friends at the Cap have been partnering with local businesses to feature some of the Iconic films from days gone by. It’s actually a pretty cool experience to go see these films the way they were intended to be seen. Add to that the incredible state of the art theatres, your favorite concession stand snacks and you really do get a unique experience.
All that in mind, I am still really looking forward to seeing some of the new releases from the Big Studios. Some of these films have been waiting to hit theatres since March, others are teasing trailers right now, but according to all the industry buzz New films may not be released until the 2021. BOOOO!!!
There are two films that I really want to see, like really bad. Wonder Woman 1984 and 007 No Time To Die. Both action films. Both iconic characters. And both look to have some of the most amazing thrills! Pair that with the fact that the first Gal Gadot WW was way better than expected, and that Daniel Craig is leaving the James Bond Saga after this and there is no other place to see these films than the Capitol Theatres.
Now let’s imagine for a moment that we’ve fastforwarded through the next many months and this weekend is now the OPENING Weekend for new films. Which movie are you going to see?!
Tell me your pick on our Facebook page!
We’ll talk movies, new and old, tomorrow on Q98 Mornings from 6-10.
