Celebrity biopics have become super popular over the last few years and now ‘Weird Al’ will be getting his own too! The biopic will be a Roku original movie and it will star Daniel Radcliffe as ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic. The movie is being produced by Funny or Die and “Weird Al’ actually helped out by co-writing the movies script with director Eric Appel. When he found out that Daniel Radcliffe would be playing him he was thrilled saying “I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the role future generations will remember him for.” But to me that is so weird because I can only see him as Harry Potter. The biopic will be called Weird: The Al Yankovic Story but there is no word yet on when the movie will be released.
