Any time I think of Banana Splits I think of my Aunty Madlene. I remember going to stay on the farm when I was a kid and one of the highlights was when we made Banana Splits for bedtime snack! WOW!
I’m a bit of a custom banana split guy ever since. Heck she had every type of fruit to go on it, sprinkles, whip cream, chocolate sauce, she even cut up little bits of twizzlers! LOL! You name it, we were putting it on there.
Some people love a banana split but don’t like all the effort that goes into making it. This is where you open up the wallet and treat yourself at DQ! They make great splits there, and I’m curious if you’ve ever tried the secret menu item? The Banana Split Blizzard! It’s a real thing, but you have to ask for it special. All the goodness of a banana split in Blizzard form! HOLY MOLY! It’s a hit!
