Putting some extra work into the farm I’m really happy that we are now enjoying our own home grown food. Pork chops have been delicious, garden carrots and beans are the only way to go, and the beef steak is such a treat. Well, now it’s time to get brave! I decided to make my own liverwurst (Liver Sausage). It was more work than I banked on, and I wasn’t sure it was good, so it was time to let some other taste buds tell the tale. Some things are just better when you make them on your own, like Dennis’s wild game sausage, or Bertha’s oreo cookie recipe! Neil makes the world’s best Mac and Cheese, Daylon and Tara are masters of cheesecake, and Chris makes fried moose meat SMOTHERED in gravy!
